4worldlovers: Happy Friday! It's been another amazing week at Madison with so many great events going on both inside and outside of the classroom at this time of year. A huge shout out to all of our faculty and staff members who are providing so many great opportunities for our Mustangs to connect, learn, and grow.

State testing is well underway and our students have been doing a great job of coming to school prepared! We encourage them to all make sure they charge their chromebooks the night before, get a good night's sleep, and have a healthy and wholesome breakfast.

Lots of fun events are still to come this year. Permission slips have been sent out for our 8th Grade Field Trip to the WAVE so please make sure your students get those signed and turned in asap. We will also be sending out information about the 8th Grade Dance and 8th Grade Promotion soon so keep on the lookout for that. Other events that will be coming up will be our school Chalk Art Competition (first one since the pandemic!), the Madison Talent Show, and Girl's Basketball playoffs.

Summer Camp signups are also underway. Summer camp is only two weeks long and a great way for your student to have a fun and enriching experience and to stay connected with campus. Please see information in the flier below or contact the office if you need any assistance with registration.

I can't believe there are only 16 school days to go!!! As always we are here to support you and your student so if there is anything you need help with at all please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Our two-week long Summer Camp is super fun with a lot of great enrichment opportunities for our students. Please consider signing your student up!

This week was Mental Health Week at Madison. Our Health and Wellness team did a great job of bringing awareness to the importance of caring for our own and our community's mental health and well being!!!

The Madison Band and Choir put on an amazing performance at the Moonlight Ampitheater this week!!!

The MMS Advanced Band had an AWESOME day yesterday. We went to Hannalei, Breeze Hill and Grapevine to perform for their 5th grade classes. It was a student led presentation that included individual instrument demos and music advocacy speeches. We made sure that it was educational and fun for both our students and the elementary kids

Mr.Squib's Jazz Band meets Tuesdays after school in the band room. This club is only open to band students with at least one year of experience.
