LES provides peer support services and private case management services available. Insurance does not cover these services. These services can help people navigate systems and resources outside of a typical therapy session that may be important for a person's overall health and mental health.

LES provides training for interns in masters programs for mental health as well as training and supervision for associates seeking licensure in California and Oregon. Accomplished through group and individual supervision held through video conferencing and in-person sessions. LES provides the support and mentoring necessary to become a successful clinician.
