Our best deal buys you the opportunity to try 5 yoga classes for only $60 and you have 2 weeks to make that happen. Our "Yoga Flight" option allows you to try a variety of classes over 14 days so that you can take your time to figure out what classes fit in with your schedule and the classes, styles, and teachers you most resonate with. After your 2 weeks is up, you then can decide what pricing/package options will be best for you.

Everyone’s health and safety is still, and will always be, our top priority and we will continue to keep our studio space clean, sanitized, and the floors & all high touch areas disinfected after each class. We have installed a HEPA filtration system that purifies 100% of the air in our studio every hour to keep safe ventilation standards at all times.

PLEASE PRE-REGISTER & PAY FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS IN ADVANCE!! This allows you to manage your own account and to be able to sign up for classes on your own in the future. Please make sure you have a current credit card on file in your MindBody profile accessed through our website (NOT JUST ON THE APP…unfortunately they don’t link up).

‍Yoga is a unique service. As such, there are absolutely NO refunds or extensions on class/event/workshop purchases.

We have cubbies for your personal belongings in the lobby. We ask that you try to limit your personal belongings to only bring in what you need: mat, water, keys, any props. If you must bring your phone, please make sure it is turned off and on do not disturb. We do have bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets available for in studio use as well as merchandise for sale in our lobby for your convenience.

We do provide yoga mats you can borrow if you are visiting from out of town or happen to forget yours.

‍If you would like to purchase something from our retail department please let your teacher know and they will assist you with the purchase. Water is available for purchase in our lobby for $1.

We highly encourage everyone to clean and sanitize their own mats and any props used after each practice. If you are not feeling well (have a cough, fever, stomach bug, or any flu/cold symptoms) please do not attend class for your wellbeing and that of your teachers and fellow yogis.
