Outstanding service! I am from out of town and was having cooling problems with my diesel. I incorrectly suspected a thermostat and was directed to My Mechanic by a tire shop in the area. Jim was not able to replace the thermostat as it was late on a Friday. However, he was able to direct me to someone who could, to get me back on the road. Upon realizing my mistake, I brought my truck back to My Mechanic where Jim and his mechanics went over the possible issues and agreed to diagnose the problem. By this time it was 8:30 pm on a Friday. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem by Sunday and it was done at a great price. If I lived closer, they would get all my future business.

Jim is amazing! My car needed a new radiator and thermostat housing unit and he was able to look at my car on a Sunday and it was fixed by Monday afternoon! Price was very reasonable and he immediately knew the issue once when we opened the hood. Hard workers & very honest!
