I recently bought this replacement tip and the tabs that go in the little chamber. I am Loving this. It makes it so much nicer to use my WaterPik. I'm actually looking forward to it instead of it being a chore. The tip rotates/swivels independent of the handle which makes it very easy to get all the different angles needed for the back teeth, inside teeth, etc. the Tabs (smooth mint flavor) have a really nice taste and are not a strong mint. I'm really enjoying this!
