All of our seafood are sold live and often by the pound (unless otherwise noted). Since we’re a wholesale company, we can’t break up boxed clams or bundled oysters. Meaning the fish and shellfish are still moving and wiggling when you get it — our seafood is never frozen. We work directly with our fishermen in Washington, Oregon, and California, while adhering to federal and local Fish and Wildlife regulations and sustainability practices.
