I can't say enough to recommend this highly professional, competent, and fair priced business. I had a forced air heating problem which two other companies were never able to fix. Adam and Justin of Ambient came out to my home on short notice and were able to diagnose and fix the problem, which was a tricky electrical problem. As soon as Adam discovered the issue he was right on top of ordering the parts and getting the repair done in an incredible amount of time! Adam gave me a quote for the repair in advance and charged me exactly as he had quoted. Through out the entire process they were in good communication and they were always respectful of my time and my home. Adam gave me an incredible price and now my heater is finally working! Daniel and his team were prompt in arrival to do the work at 9am. They installed a sump pump along with a trench to keep the water from flooding under our home. We are very pleased with the work, the communication, and readiness to please. Daniel's team of workers were all about taking care of the business at hand with pleasant spirit. Yes, we all are pleased and will use his service again.

We called Daniel in a pinch and he was a lifesaver! Our 4-year-old Coleman furnace stopped working one morning and we had a tech from another (highly rated and well reputed) company come out to see it ASAP. They told us it hadn't been installed properly, that the unit was flooded with water, and that we'd need to replace the entire furnace... a $4800 bill. We then called Daniel to get a second opinion from someone who has experience with Coleman furnaces. He was able to come right away, and in under 20 minutes was able to diagnose the issue, confirm that the furnace was installed improperly, and then proceeded to fix the issues by reinstalling the existing piping. Our furnace is now back to excellent working condition and we didn't need to replace it or get any new parts. We were thrilled! Daniel is a pro, super friendly, and a true professional.
