I have been to this place as well as the Pittsburg location numerous times. In the past, I could never find an available person to help me or answer questions. And I actually almost didn't go back because of those negative experiences. This month, I found staff much more helpful. Kailee was so great! She was patient, kind and just so helpful!! Don't listen to the bad reviews. GE was so patient with me, I spent hours with Their designers over a month of planning my new kitchen, and they made it work. Moving our install date was simple (text message) when we had delays in construction. When it finally came to install day, GE showed up on time, and built a full kitchen and vanity in my bathroom in ONE DAY. Blown away. My one piece of advice? Come prepared with accurate measurements and plans. If you don't know what you want, or aren't prepared, that is when you'll get frustrated. They're machines, they are problem solvers.
