An experienced Doula at your side. | A birth doula is a woman with special training in the art of labor and birth support. She attends births at home, birth center or hospital. She is part of the birth “team” working alongside midwives and doctors to help provide the necessary components of a safe and satisfying birth day. She is a consistent presence who accompanies you and offers calm, non-judgmental encouragement and education as you move through one of the most powerful and miraculous experiences of your life.

Prenatal Education – private series in your home, on your schedule. Typically just the three of us (although an additional support person is welcome to attend), distanced and masked. | Your life is busy and your time is precious. Choose your best option to meet your your life’s needs.

I am not one to purchase online courses — However, your courses were AMAZING and unbelievably detailed!!! I am so happy I purchased them and love the lifetime access because I can check back when needed and use it for future pregnancies. This class is 100% worth it!! Although I did my reading while I was pregnant, this class gave me so much more. (Even my doula was impressed with my knowledge!) My daughters birth was a beautiful experience. Being active in labor (walking a few miles) and changing positions often sped up my early and active labor stages. To my surprise, I arrived at the hospital at 10cm! I felt comfortable saying no thank you to certain interventions and confident to push in different positions. It was the most intense experience of my life but so incredibly empowering. Although my midwife and doula were awesome, I have to give credit to this course for laying the best foundation for me to birth naturally and with joy.
