There have been times when we have gone without mail for two or three days. You need to get better. Missing one day is understandable, but not longer than that.

Hold Mail service did NOT WORK. In fact, it was worse than if I hadn't requested it! Mail was continued to be delivered the whole time we were gone. My neighbors picked up our mail and your printed Hold Mail Request from our crammed mailbox. Neighbor showed printed Hold Request Mail form to carrier but mail still kept being delivered. At one point another Hold Mail Request WITH ALL THE DATES WE WERE AWAY was attached to the outside of mailbox! This system is worse than broken. It is dangerous!!
