So far I've been happy with the service, we'll just have to wait and see if the refrigerator we bought that's being delivered in a few days lasts longer than the new Amana we bought 3 years ago from a place that since then went out of business. I just want to know why a refrigerator that says it has an icemaker doesn't actually come with it, and has to be purchased separately and involves an installation charge?? Doesn't seem right to me.

This is my first time purchasing an appliance at American Freight. I was advised to check out products in person first before buying so I did just that. I checked out the Cerritos location and right when I entered, I had someone, named Isaiah, help me right away. I only had one thing in mind to buy and that was a side-by-side refrigerator in stainless steel. (Side Note: Before visiting the store, check out what you need online first so that you know exactly what you’re getting and if the store is carrying your item. It makes the process go a lot faster and smoother.) Anyways, Isaiah knew exactly which fridge I wanted and led me to check them out since they carried more than one. He gave me all the info I needed about the fridge and how the process works. I was able to buy the refrigerator right away without any problems all because of how helpful Isaiah was. Customer service is always amazing when you have awesome workers like Isaiah!!!
