4worldlovers: Really great, except for the space. It'd be really difficult to get the uhaul out. Luckily for me, I only needed to drop it off although the parking is a little tricky. Be sure to bring one person with you!

Customer service was excellent! Friendly and easy to work with, the process was fast and easy!

The fuel gauge measurement can be tricky and inconclusive as it is difficult to compare what the contract agreement indicates on paper versus what the actual fuel gauges shows. It would be nice to have a more subjective method.

At 30 minutes before closing I was told I couldn't return the truck b/c the lot was full. Was told to drive to another location...after a 350 mile drive AND unloading a 20' truck.I was not haooy nor am I now.
