The hoisin sauce they sell is not only 100% authentic, but comes in a plastic squeeze bottle, so those on lower-sodium diets can express smaller amounts than possible with a conventional wide-open-type bottle! Miso paste is excellent, hard to find anywhere else. I use it to make soup, even if a small amount to season steamed veggies. Individually wrapped sponge cakes are perfect for those on a nutritional program. Always fresh and just the right amount of snack; perfect with coffee. However, beware of the Filipino pretzels, which are delish, but each small pretzel has 100 calories! Produce is always very interesting, so be willing to try new things.
