I want to give a special shout out to Ana my nurse. She went an extra mile to help me Overall everyone was really good. My PT’s were good. Stacy the OT was very thorough. The social worker (I can’t remember her name) was very informative. Good Stuff.


All who were involved in my recovery were respectful and helpful. They took the time to make sure I understood who, what, where why. I was so pleased with everyone I came in contact with. I am sorry to see them go.


Our intake admissions team has a response time of 24 hours or less upon receiving the patient referral. We will contact the patient or family to schedule our first visit and send an update to their physician, or community partners sending the referral.
