Mr. McLean has been in the property management/real estate field for over 20 years. Mr. McLean’s background in accounting and finance helped land him a job on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in 1987. While there Mr. McLean also pursued his interests in residential real estate and property management.

In 1995, Mr. McLean took a position with Elite Community Management as a Community Manager. Through involvement in CAI and becoming a Real Estate Broker, Mr. McLean became the owner of Elite Community Management in 2000.

Chris Hodge, CMCA, AMS, PCAM is President of Elite Community Management, AAMC in Rancho Bernardo over the past 20 years and has been involved in community management since 1987.

Chris has served on various CAl San Diego chapter committees throughout his many years of involvement in the industry, including the CLAC Committee, Managers Breakfast Committee and Membership Committee. He served as the San Diego Chapters President in 2002 and 2010, and received his PCAM in 2008.
