4worldlovers: Family Service Association (FSA) was founded by the Junior League and local faith-based organizations in the City of Riverside, who had growing concerns when they saw the deterioration of local military families in the early 50s. Since that time, FSA has grown to be one of the largest and most trusted, multi-service, non-profits in the Inland Empire.

4worldlovers: Full Service Partnership programs provide intensive wellness and recovery based services for previously un-served or underserved individuals who carry a serious mental health diagnosis and who are also homeless, at risk of homelessness, and/or have experienced numerous psychiatric hospitalizations or incarcerations related to their mental health disorder. RUHS-BH offers Adult FSP programs for adults ages 26-59 and Transition Age Youth (TAY) FSP programs for youth ages 16-18 and 18-25. All of RCDMH’s FSP Programs require a direct referral by RCDMH staff.
