I explained I would like an estimate on installing a sediment trap and drip pan for my water heater, he said he needed to check out the water heater to make sure everything is up to code before he could give me an estimate. Since it was a free estimate, I said OK. He was able to go in the afternoon of the same day. After checking, he said everything else was fine and he could do the installation the next day. As promised, he showed up today to complete the work. He sent me the before and after pictures so I could see what he did since this is my rental property and I was not onsite. The fact that he wanted to check it out FREE to make sure the water heater was up to code before he gave an accurate estimate showed that he is an honest man with integrity. To my surprise not only was he willing to travel to my area but the final bill to clear my main was very reasonable and the work was done professionally and promptly. Horacio educated me on the use of liquid plumbing products as I came to find out from personal experience that they do not work well. In addition they may end up damaging your pipes. Well I must have tried about 9 bottles from different brands as I bought 3 bottles at a time for the last couple of weeks to try to unclog a slow drain and none worked. So I called Horacio, he came out and cleared the main in about an hour. Now everything is working fine! Horacio is honest, professional, and knows what he is doing. Awesome Service and Care! Had another plumbing company out to service my backed up kitchen drain. They used an expensive jet washer and claimed to solve any problem. Long story short they didn't fix the issue only called out another person to do a moisture check and stated I needed to jack hammer up my tile and concrete. I came across Horacio through my work when he was contracted to snake out the urinal. I explained my problem he said he would take care of it and that I wouldn't be disappointed and as promised he delivered! His service was refreshing, that he knew exactly what the client needed.
