Tim Groves: Modesto Ducati is not a dealership. They are a small, authorized service facility by appointment. I was traveling thru from out of state and had set up an appointment for some needed services. They took care of everything no problem and with a personal touch. Recommended!
John Reacher: I currently have my Monster in there for restoration, which is coming along fine. In the mean time I took my recently acquired Honda cb300 f in for aftermarket parts installed to include a lowering kit. All the parts, case savers, sliders, tires, fender eliminated etc. were done by the end of the day and it came back excellent. Yes he is not a Ducati dealership and he will tell you this. He is updating his show room currently, but there is a nice amount of Ducati's in there. Give him a try, I did and so far he's done a great job at a fair shop rate. Again in my reviews it's just my opinion. Go in and talk to Yasar.
Too Mini Followers: $135 for the diagnoses, but they were truthful...honestly! Told me why 1199 Panigale was throwing an engine code, paid them then I fixed myself. Part installed, code gone!.

David Williams: Great customer service. I got caught riding through the central valley in triple digit temperatures in my winter jacket. I arrived as the store was closing, but the staff let me in and I was able to get the gear I needed to finish my ride west without overheating. Even at the end of the day, the staff were able to offer suggestions and answer questions and help me find the right jacket for my trip.

Zinser: I have to give Spears a shout out after today. My experience in the past with them has been pleasant and they have been quick to resolve any issues I'd had, but this is above and beyond. I am in between back to back race weekends here and upon reaching out to Gregg well after hours last night about expedited shipping options for a part that I can get it here and installed for the upcoming event, I wake up this morning to a couple of emails that the parts are on their way - I haven't even paid yet! True racer support. They've certainly won a customer for life.
