Steve, was so supportive and helpful to my boyfriend and I as he went above and beyond the service that we needed. Let's you know everything you need to know and then some, not to mention the great deal he gave us when we first came into the facility! It felt like he cared, and wanted to take care of our situation as if it were his own. I highly recommend this place. Tim Collins: Everything was top notch. Cust service.was excellent. The business was clean and well maintained. The only thing I can think of that needs to be addressed is the bird deterrent system on site. Very anoying and loud. Made me wonder if the birds that were being deterred were really as annoying as the deterrent was.

kim edwards: Highly recommend this Storage Facility. Have used this business for all of my short and long-term storage needs for our home, and two businesses, for over 20 years. It has always been cost effective and the location near Hwy 99 and Briggsmore Ave. makes for easy local access. The facility has always been well maintained and there is plenty of room to spread out boxes without blocking the driveways. The office runs efficiently and the staff has always been friendly.Since the 2016 ownership change I have seen several improvements to the already good business. An all new security gate system with unique customers passcodes, upgraded camera systems, better hours for customers to access their units. They value customer feedback with the goal of working toward even better service than they have already achieved.Good News Note: The above review was originally posted in 2018 while I was still just a happy Tenant. Beginning 2021 a new owner has purchased the facility and I am now the General Manager.
