They went out of their way to provide me with a solution and followed up by mounting and, balancing the wheel and making other helpful adjustments to the bicycle for no extra cost. This is now my go to bike shop.

The guys there took my bike in with a description on what they were going to do with the bike, called me when they found more problems, and turned over a perfect like-new bike with all the necessary fixes for a reasonable price, right when they said it would be ready. I value the transparency, expertise and kindness from Oakdale Bike Shop, and I will be sure to go to them with any bike needs in the future.
