Kyle Cottel: Absolutely fantastic place for lunch or dinner. I've known Dave the owner literally since I was in the womb My mother came here when she was pregnant and my father with her. You cannot find a better bowl of pho in the valley I challenge anybody to find one. What's more they're one of the few fun places that has quail eggs available which I highly recommend for the soup and they have a delicious chili oil which I also highly recommend. Highly recommend this place for a delicious casual lunch.
Gibsen: Me and my wife absolutely love this place. The owner is awesome and kind. Always greets everyone and is patient when you dont know what to order sometimes. Absolutely recommend this place for anyone looking to eat pho in the 209.
Bub does sumthin: yummy pho👍a classic

Enrique Gonzalez: This is my all time favorite restaurant in Modesto hands down. They are FAST, and their food is authentic and clean. The atmosphere is not immaculate, but their service, efficiency and amazing food makes up for it. Plus, they are not expensive. Extremely affordable in today's economy. I go there at least once a week. If you want a bouji place with nice lighting that has mediocre service and takes 40minutes to get your okay tasting food, go somewhere else. If you want fast, affordable, authentic, GOOD food, go here!
Nat: Recommended dishes Shrimp Spring Rolls, Pho, Seafood Dietary restrictions accommodated Not sure

Autumn Liera: Love this place for last-minute dining
Fong Her: Recommended dishes Vermicelli Bowl
Ted Giraldin: The Pho was delicious. We loved the pork spring rolls. The bbq pork chow mein was really yummy. The food came out fast and the service was friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
Mrs Marin: We were craving Vietnamese food and decided to try Saigon Restaurant for the 1st time. I ordered over the phone and my questions were all answered was helped to get all of the food and beverages down right the way I wanted. I was given clear instructions on what information to give once the food was ready to be picked up. The food was ready in 15 minutes!Let me say the Taro Boba drinks were ice cold and creamy and not overly sweet which is an A+ for us.The large soup was big enough to feed 4 of us which is a great value for your money spent. The spring rolls were big and made with fresh ingredients refreshing to my stomach will order them again along with their authentic peanut sauce.Vegetarian options: Pho, spring rolls, and fried rice options just order without the meat.Parking: The restaurant is part of a plaza of other businesses so there is plenty of parking available.
Glen Hookey: This place was very solid. Good quick service, nice little dining room. I had the curry beef vermicelli and it was very good with some nice crunchy greens and mint on top
Gabrielle Garcia: Best Pho I've had🤤
Maria Gonzales: This is the best pho place in town
Eddie B: The food overall is nice. Mostly we have it Togo. However we decided to dine there. The ambience was lacking. No soft music, just a lot of chatty workers with no regard to the half dozen customers inside. As always, explore your foodie places. Update: 09/4/22. Just had a big order to go. Got everything correct except one. Language barrier. Wanted bok choy with chicken. But rather got bok choy with the chicken noodle soup which already comes with it. Yes, I didn’t get it either, after calling them. So hence, my updated review. Next time get an itemized receipt and check your order before leaving. It just happens to us all the time. Butttttt. The food was very good.
GameNWatch H: Great place to eat. I love it
