Gloria-Faith Martinez: Positive experiences all around! As a single female, I always felt respected and safe. You always hear stories of how some dealerships don’t take women seriously and it’s struggle for them to buy a car. I have never had that experience. When I first went in at age 19 everyone was fantastic! Helped me get a car even though I had 0 credit and they stayed past closing just to help because I was 19 and dumb and sold my other car thinking It was going to be an easy purchase. Anyways… fast forward to yesterday when I was finally ready to finance my first ever car. I let Mary know I just got a new job and it’s a commute and she suggested the CX-30 instead of the CX-5 I originally had. Well I feel in love with the carbon edition and I’m so very happy with my purchase. And very pleased to know that she was right! Way better on gas! I have an hour drive to get to this dealership and it hardly made a dent in my gas tank. Malachi in the service department is amazing. He’s always so nice when I go in and get my car serviced. Very friendly team!!
Samuel Ramos: We came in for an appointment to look at a CX-50. Mary was quick to get us the information we were asking. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. She was not pushing to make the sell. She is very knowledgeable about the different features on the vehicle. She had multiple clients at the same time and was the only sales rep on the floor. Tony, the finance manager, was very helpful. He helped with the speedy process to get us on our way.

DaaintyNails ByMarisa: So 1st of all I wasn't expecting the amazing magic that was worked to get myself a jeep. I wanted to trade in my vehicle with no money down. I was expecting a 2018 to a maybe 2020 jeep. Juan iniguez at Central valley Chrysler showed us a 2024...actually a couple of them. I kinda laughed as I doubted his team because come on..... 2024 and newer car in the price range I needed I knew was impossible. Well not only did I get in my price range of payment...... my husband traded in his car to get himself a truck!!!! We both walked out in exactly the price range I needed. Took 2 days of back and forth to get where we needed to be. But I have my 2024 Jeep Wrangler and my husband has his 2017 Ford f150 that is freaking FLAWLESS and LOW MILEAGETheir team is exceptional. Professional. Hardworking. And can I say understanding for the wants and needs of their customers. They understood how bad I wanted a car but still needed to pay our regular bills and feed our family. They worked their magic and we got more then what we expected. Definitely recommend Juan iniguez and his finance team.

Even with their generous grace period it became stressful to avoid late charges. Even when I paid the thing on first sight. Payment got posted the day after. I have had no issues with any other creditors Period!But rest assured everybody was polite & courteous, even when informing me I should mail the payment sooner. I loved that car but they made it more of a hassle to keep than it was worth. So I sold it back to them. My visit was great both times. Service after the sale...good luck with that!
