Jake Sauce: I bought my first home through Cornerstone Homes Real Estate. At the time the government was giving a rebate for first time buyers who closed before July 31st. As the day got closer the seller was dragging their feet holding up the close, but because of Mr. Flores' diligence and persistence I received my rebate.This was my first home purchase and was a very frustrating process, but Mr. Flores worked hard to push through the obstacles and set backs to make the deal happen. I recommend Mr. Flores to anyone I know when I hear they're buying a house.

I lived in the Ripon Farm apartments and loved it. Very quiet, great spacious apartments, clean surroundings and management was also very good. If I ever had an issue with anything in my apartment it was something minor such as the garbage disposal, and management was on it right away. I only moved because my work is out of town and the commute was long; or else I would still be there. The neighbors are very friendly, respectful and quiet. Jon communicates very well if I ever needed anything and would always go above and beyond. Rather than feeling like just another tenant as I have felt in other apartment complexes, he not only is very professional, but he listens and relates to you on a personal level as well. He is very honest, true to his word, professional and makes sure things are done on time and precise. I loved those apartments and wish I didn’t have to leave, and if given the opportunity to come back to Ripon, this would be my first choice to rent.

When we began to work with Hein Holdings with selling our home in Modesto CA. ,we had to work long distance from Texas , so most of the business needed to be online and through electronic means. Mila Godinez: They made the whole process very easy. My husband and I had really good credit, so everything moved really fast. I can see why some people might not like them because of their credit requirements. We've been renting from there for almost a year, and they've responded very quickly to our maintenance requests, and they even contact us to do furnace inspection & service every 6 months, where they make sure our AC and heat is running well. They also provide you with plenty of air filters for the HVAC.

I'am impressed with their prompt response for maintenance services, unlike our previous management who did nothing and owe us some money. The vendors have been good for each services we have received. The downfalls are every 6 month in home inspections and the $10.00 processing fee to pay your rent online. The staff is friendly, I hope they stay consistent with only positive changes after this review.🤞
Meetra Malick: Very professional and reliable. John is on top of things. I’m in a foreign country. As a landlord I feel confident Five Star is managing my rental. I send an email, John responds within a day if not within minutes. I had a horrible property manager before. John was able to take over quickly and efficiently.
