There were a couple complications because I just moved here, but they were so helpful throughout the process. They helped me find a credit union to finance my car at cheaper rates, and when it came down to buying the car I ended up having to get a new insurance policy. The dealer stayed over an hour late just to make sure I could get it sorted and drive out of the dealership that same night. They also covered the expenses of replacing my windshield since it had a crack in it at the time of buying. Rick Taylor: I financed this vehicle from carmax credit, & every other month or so the billing statement would come a day 2 before or on the same day it was due. Even with their generous grace period it became stressful to avoid late charges. Even when I paid the thing on first sight. Payment got posted the day after. I have had no issues with any other creditors Period!But rest assured everybody was polite & courteous, even when informing me I should mail the payment sooner. I loved that car but they made it more of a hassle to keep than it was worth. So I sold it back to them. My visit was great both times. Service after the sale...good luck with that!
