Jimin Zhang: We have one king bed upstairs for one night. The room is not as big as the photos on the website but ok. The hotel location is great, you can walk to farmers market, famous mansion, museum, and downtown area. Parking is free and easy. They also have hot breakfast with sausage egg waffles cereal and of course coffees. The food is available as early as 6 am , great for running marathon at 7 am.

Richard Rogers: Nice hotel, clean and large enough rooms. Easy to get to but also right next to the freeway; but not noisy inside the rooms. There is a Boomers next door if you have kids and the free breakfast is very good and pretty comprehensive.Nearby activities: Boomers next door.
Jennie Post: This was a great place to stay, conveniently off the freeway. I was even able to use their self-service laundry due to a longer than anticipated trip. Hot breakfast included!Rooms: Good-sized room with lovely bathroom.Safety: I felt safe here.Noteworthy details: Loved the low shelf!! Always needed in a hotel room. Great place to spread out your stuff repack, etc. without having to use a luggage rack or put your bag in the bed!
Hollie Laskey: I love Holiday Inn express. The few that I have stayed have been clean, with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker, and offered breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms are nice sized and modern.Food & drinks: Mike's Grill House,.Costco, Canes, frozen yogurt, Coldestone and other places are near by.
Evelin Tamayo: This hotel is so comfortable and has so many nice amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast is so yummy, and front desk staff are very nice. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a coffee maker.
Greg Cron: Very nice room, comfortable. Friendly staff. No soap in the bathroom sink but we used some from the shower.
Jesus Napoles: This is my second time checking in to stay in this hotel property. The staff here is always been very comforting, and very knowledgeable and very great help when you're checking in. This is my first time meeting Nicole, and she is definitely a 10 star in my book. I do come to this hotel twice a year, and will continue to come here and stay at this location when I'm working in the Modesto area.

Mercedes Ament: We wanted a romantic get away and stayed at the Modesto Hotel in one of the Premium 1 King bed with jetted tub. It was awesome! Easy check in and check out. The room was big, affordable and quiet. The bathroom was private for us shy girls...lol!, clean, had convenient parking, the pool was right down the hall and restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Most of all, the accommodations and the staff was the absolute best! I definitely recommend this hotel and will make this our favorite get away. Michael Amaral: The staff starting with the manage Sim and on down. The whole staff was super wonderful & friendly they talk with you, laugh and joke around with you making you feel like you knowen each other for years. They are in a wonderful location and the best price around then any other places around there. I will be staying there every time I go down to Modesto. I give them 8 out of 5 stars. Michael from the Graitti night crew as the manager calls us. LolRooms: The rooms are nice and big you have lots of room in them. Bathrooms are a good size, they have TV, friguator, microwave, place to hang up things on a hangers.Safety: All the doors to the hallways you need to use your key card to your room to open thehallway doorsWalkability: You walk across the parking lot and you have Black Bear Olive Garden restaurant and just behind Black Bear you have Winco grocery store. On the other side of the hotel across the parking lot you have Out Back Steak House restaurant. Gas station and other food places are less then a 5 minute drive on sisk road from the hotel.
Chory_MuthaFucken_B: was so helpful and pleasant to deal with. The rooms were so clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Ooh and the breakfast was awesome! Great options and them biscuits were what the hell delicious. Best hotel breakfast I've had in a while. Definitely get a room here you won't be disappointed.

Sara: Stayed at this location different times during the year, the rooms are clean but the beds are firm which I prefer a softer bed. Service is super good. Nice and accommodating. Location is good too if your traveling it's right off the freeway with restaurants and gas stations a minute away.Noteworthy details: They have a great breakfast buffet and hot tub and pool is always clean.
