I’m an instacart shopper, and most days have trouble finding stuff at other businesses, but not here in Riverbank Staples! Richard was absolutely the Best! Richard helped me find every single item for the customer and I truly appreciate his help. This store is very clean and organized. Lenzie Gisler: Just wanted to say thank you to the cashier Carrie at the Mc Henry location. I had just finished going through her line when I realized I had left my atm card at home. She was so sweet and put everything aside for me till my husband could arrive with my atm card. Then, she had to ring everything back up and bag it all once again. $80.00 dollars worth of stuff I felt horrible!! But she was so sweet from begging to end. Rachel Espinoza: I really enjoy going to all the dollar trees. It's just this particular one always has shady people walking around or just hanging around both inside and out. It's just a little scary at this one on McHenry. Most of the time it's pretty clean and organized, but the last three times I've been to this particular one the isles are filled with clutter. There are people all over the store restocking and blocking isles off and it's just chaos in the whole store. I don't even get to see all of the merchandise either.
