Some people do not understand that they do the best they can and as fast as they can, you can tell they've never been in a customer service/hospitality jobs. It's pitiful. I would definitely go back for any of my future health issues.

Keith Gibson: Wonderful experience from start to finish. I walked in needing treatment for an eye infection. The front desk staff was great as was the tech who did my intake. Dr was delightful, informative, and took the time to explain things and answer my questions. Even though I am not thrilled to have an eye infection, I was so happy I chose this clinic. I highly recommend this location and would choose to return if I need immediate care in the future.!

Doctor green took care of me and it was like talking to a friend, he listened to all my symptoms and prescribed me a medicine for everything, he really cares about your health. She let my natural immune system fight off the virus, that I had. Her care plan fit right into what I'm learning at LBCC so I just wanted to let her know how much I appreciated her. Michelle Kaloper-Bersin: On June 22, I was bitten by a dog and received care from Dr. Jessica Patel. I was seen quickly and received wonderful care. Dr. Patel was sensitive and had amazing bedside manner. Despite being traumatized from the experience of being injured, I left the Urgent Care with a smile on my face and my prescriptions were ready by the time I reached the pharmacy. My son was seen about a month ago by Dr. Patel and he had a similarly great experience. I won’t consider going to any other urgent care in Long Beach. From friendly and courteous check-in to someone wishing me a good day as I left, my experiences at your facility have been top notch.

This is a big urgent care center and I have an appointment at 3:30 so I decided to go at 12:30 and when I arrived I was greeted by front desk and I gave the paperwork filled up in advanced prior to visit and front desl took care of the paper work and not busy at the time so after the paper work only waited a minute then I was called in already. I have a nice experience with this place.

I actually called ahead just to see if they take my insurance, polite on the phone. The staff that took my vitals, handled it well with care. The NP Krystle asked necessary questions and was thorough as much as possible. And Dr. Tran who went over my ultrasound results with me was so kind, sweet, and genuine. William Kellogg: I have been here 3 times in the past 30 days and each visit was excellent, all for my kids aged 3 and under when the pediatrician couldn't offer same day appt. We were seen within 10-15min for vitals and initial inspection by a nurse, and then triaged where wait ranged from 30 min to 50 min. The doctors all had great bedside manner and provided good explanations for what they were doing. We had sutures removed and it was very professionally done with a very child friendly GP. They saw us for an acute ear infection after a rupture, and managed a thorough exam of a 1.5 year old. No complaints at all.
Steve Spencer: Brought my wife in first thing Christmas Morning … she got right in / diagnosed / got meds and she was in bed 2 1/2 hours later. Not a good Christmas, but we’re grateful they were open and quick.
Daria Wilczynska-Pham: but the doctors were polite and friendly and did a good job. From my experience of other urgent care places I have waited 15-30 mins max to be seen even on busy days. Maybe a new location/more staff in the area is needed so the wait is not so long if you're in pain or are bleeding like I was. ER is not exactly a shorter wait and costs more $$ even with insurance.

I scheduled an appointment around 11:30 last night. And was able to get an appointment for the NEXT day. Wonderful experience , given the circumstances.

Lori Haas: After having a disappointing and emotionally draining day, my son informs me he believes he has an ear infection. The only primary physican he has ever had suddenly declares he can no longer honor his insurance. We google walk in clinics and we’re directed here. From the moment we entered the office Brenda’s welcoming smile and gentle disposition eased the pain of the day, and it wasn’t just “ customer service”. As the first face and representative of the clinic she cared about our treatment. Because my son’s treatment was uninsured, we worried about this unexpected expense. However, it turned out to be very affordable especially given the professionally delivered prompt services. As I waited for my son to be seen, I had the opportunity to observe Brenda. She was like an octopus answering phones, directing services, responding to patients and staff and advocating for clients with vendors....all with a genuine smile and cheerful disposition. I’m happy to be able to recognize this business for excellence.
