Payal Keray: Customer Service is a 10/10. We had some issues with mulitple phones at our gorcery store and TeleSupply immediently got back to me with a technician to come take a look at the problem. Luckily I got a great tech, Alex. It was a pleasure to see TechSupply send someone with Alex's professionalism, knowledge, and skills. I was very lost on how to assist him with fixing our land lines because our buisiness owner was out of town; and he went above and beyond to patiently explain the problems and fixed them all in a short amount of time. Even when there was something we were both unsure about, he made sure he did everything he could to get the answers needed to fix our phones. There was one phone that he could not fix because it was sourced from another company. He was kind enough to come back the next day and still mananged to quickly find a solution by using his availible resources on us. Our company has dealt with many technicians in its course....but this was by far the best on site customer service we've ever recieved. Alex is clearly a very valuable asset to the company and we hope to work with him again in the future if needed.
Justin T: TeleSupply truly goes above and beyond for their customers. We had Spectrum, TeleSupply and our own IT working on an issue with our services. 2 of those 3 said the issue was with Spectrum. Spectrum wouldn't come out without threats of charges for their technicians and would just keep telling us their services are working. Alex from TeleSupply came out to our office and spent hours trying to find a way to work around the issue. When we finally got Spectrum to come in and fix the problem, Alex met the Spectrum technician at our office. He stayed until the problem was fixed and ensured that our phone systems were fully restored. He was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. I cannot give him enough praise for his help. Thank you TeleSupply, Richard, and Alex. Means a lot to work with a company willing to provide the excellent customer service you do.

Whenever we needed them, they have been prompt and efficient. Another great plus for me is that they are a local company and they can response on-site if needed. So far we have not needed them to come to our office. They can take care of most problems from their central office.

B Green: Our company recently decided to upgrade our phone systems and we're extremely happy we decided to go with Twacomm. Neil came onsite for a few days and he honestly made the whole process very smooth. His vast knowledge of the system and products really showed. He was extremely professional and kind. Every single question we asked he answered, and was so helpful. Our company has several people, and at times we had various people pulling him in different directions but he made sure to take care of everyone’s concerns. Would definitely recommend.

Joseph Hiatt: I was in a pinch this week and needed some replacement parts for a project I was working on. They seemed like they should have been run of the mill parts, but I couldn't find them on Amazon, Google, or even the manufacturers website. Eventually I found TWAcomm.com and decided to email their generic sales email address and see if I could get any help. Less than 1 business day later, they had emailed the manufacturer, gotten a response, and sent me info to complete the purchase. All this for a part that's less than $100. That's great service! Thanks Dusty in sales for getting me out of a jam!
Andrew Rostad: Purchased a Pryme Blu bluetooth adapter for a Kenwood handheld radio I have and on top of the great pricing, a sales rep called me shortly after placing my online order just to make sure my radio was compatible. He even let me know what programming had to be done to ensure it worked properly with my setup. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.
