Keli'ika'iliahi Caceres: I honestly was worried coming in and didn’t know what to expect but I knew there would be a wait time.We have to understand these people are doing a service for us and in order to get things right they need time per customer. So expect a wait for that reason, they are going as fast as they possibly can.I arrived at 7:46am about 15 minutes before opening and there was an agent there taking down our names and giving ticket numbers. Anyone who shows up after the fact would need to go to the sixth floor and sign in and expect a 2-3 hour wait. Either sit in your car if you want to do an in person visit or just do everything over the phone.I was assisted by Esau with my file and he was awesome. Very patient with me especially feeling overwhelmed with everything pertaining to my claim. He was efficient and truly cared to help me.I work in customer service and just understanding that we’re working as hard and fast as we can to solve your problems, so please give them a break they’re trying their best!

She explained what she saw on her end and assured me I would be getting my debit card and even gave me the Bank of America edd representative phone number so I could check in about receiving my card.Don’t understand why people get so frustrated and rude with the workers all were very helpful and kind. But I think you get what you dish out be kind and receive kind.
