She also told me about the blanks for our usage aboard the gondola if we got cold. Not in this heatwave. 😊 She asked if we needed to put anything on ice while we wait on our Gondolier to return. She had a relaxing vibe that affectionately welcoming. She is the best person for this job.Our Gondolier was Jos and he was amazing. Jos had our finger food and drink with cups in hand. We were a group of six. He is very knowledgeable about the area. He has an amazing voice as he sang happy birthday to my sister under the bridge. Josh shared with us some of history of Naples Canal. As he rowed through the canals. He chatted with us as if we were good friends. We had our Italian music playing and some of the homeowner greeted us as he rowed through the canal. This was such amazing relaxing vibe.This is a highly recommended company for your gondola experience. You will not be disappointed. Thank you to the amazing team here!Parking is scarce. So I recommend you get arrival two hours before your launching time.

James, our gondolier, was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent navigator, and special thanks to his eagle eyes, we got to see a sea turtle too!Besides the incredible hospitality from start to finish, the views, atmosphere, and sunset made for a memorable romantic evening on the water. You can bring drinks and snacks, and they will provide cups and an ice bucket, and even a complimentary photo of your group in the boat. Highly recommended for a peaceful getaway right in Long Beach's backyard.

AngelBagel: First off, the vehicle itself is very nice and modern with comfortable seating for viewing and safety.The staff who work on the vehicle are professional and kind, especially the tour guide, who was open to questions about sea life.We were able to watch many different pods of common dolphins, sea lions, and sunfish. While we unfortunately couldn’t spot a whale, it was worth it as many dolphins were spotted jumping and swimming in pods.This is a perfect activity for families and people of all ages who want to learn about marine wildlife from wildlife. It is a lot more beautiful and exciting to see pods of dolphins swimming in the ocean rather than a marine park like Seaworld. Highly recommend as an educational experience and for good pictures.

Erin M. Reese: While the whales and weather didn't decide to cooperate, Steve was a wonderful captain and host for our small tour of 6. We were able to experience multiple pods of dolphins as well as get up close and personal with some cute sea lions and seals. Captain Steve was always very aware of the water/waves and navigated our tour smoothly. Lastly, he was also very careful to no bother the sea life, rather, they were interested in us and came to see us. Great small family business!

Also Scott gave a lot of info. 100% worth your money and time!PARKING: the max at the Pier is 2 hrs but if you go inside the building and show your ticket you can buy a daypass for $3.

Alexander Ossig: I was on the Sunday morning trip with Captain Steve and two other guests. It was a nice trip, we’ve seen a huge group of dolphins, sea lions, sunfishes and finally two blue whales. He waited until they came back up to the surface from their dive so we could see these beautiful animals a little bit longer, before we had to return to the harbor.

Kip Boone: A wonderful experience with a knowledgeable captain!My wife and I had a BLAST! Even if it was just the boat ride in an open air boat it would of been great! It was peaceful and scenic with the ocean and only 3 other people on the boat. But being able to see Seals and Blue Whales was what made it amazing! Captain Steve knew where to go, answered all of our animal and nature questions and didn't give up until we accomplished our goal! I'd recommend a personalized tour like this any day!
