Eric Garcia: I showed up early Saturday morning and was given a hard time from one of the service representative about payment method over the phone..the issue was extremely minor and the representative was being really petty..if it wasn’t for Aaron that intervened,I probably would be giving Ferguson a 1 star right now.Aaron showed true class and was very cool about the situation.he assured me that payment over the phone is fine and actually quite common..Again,I want to appreciate you Arron and the company for the outstanding service you provided me over the Last 8 years—Eric

Z C: First at all , they pick up the phone right away. I asked for some work with fire sprinklers , they don't do that work but were extremely helpful to give information and recommendations also refer me to others professionals .

Mary Cherlaine Fuentes: Shout out to Ricky who took the time to teach me how to fix my bidet that I have been trying to figure out for the past 2 months. Ricky was so kind to teach me step by step how to install my plumbing. He also never sold me any product and allowed me to take pictures so I can do it by myself at home. I was laughed at Home Depot, but Ricky was the exact opposite, he was such a kind and patient man. Honestly, would come back just to say hi to him. 100/10 customer service, Ricky went above and beyond and taught me everything I needed without being condescending to me, a young woman who has zero clue what to do lol. 100% genuine man!!!! Thank you Ricky!!!
