LaQuisha Bryant: This is my first experience with pilates. I found Club Pilates with a google search. The first intro class was 30 min and free. After the class they offer you many packages. The only thing I don't like about the packages is you have to commit to 3 months of classes. You can do drop in classes but they are at an increased price. The studio is nice. The intro class does not go over all equipment that will used during the full 50 min class. Thats my only critique. It would have been helpful to expose us to the additional equipment.

Makayla McDonald: Suffering a neck injury pretty much ended my yoga career. But I was encouraged by a physical therapist that helped me through my neck injury to do Pilates. So I started doing some Pilates but the instructors know of my neck injury and just like the physical therapist told me Pilates is much different than Yoga. Yoga is something where you are twisting and turning and if you have injuries it's not a good idea. Pilates much more straightforward about strengthening and flexibility. I couldn't be more pleased with this studio and thank you so much for all the wonderful ladies.

Laura Gregory: I started here at Club Pilates in October after a yearlong slow recovery from a pretty traumatic foot surgery. Every instructor takes special care knowing my limitations and I’ve had the best experiences. It is the only exercise I can do with my messed up foot, and I have gotten stronger and stronger with each passing week.I cannot express enough how much this has become my “happy place” and how truly phenomenal the instructors and staff all are.

Alexis Djeredjian: Nearing my 100th class at Club Pilates and have been so thrilled with both my results and experience. I was having serious shoulder issues that pilates has essentially cured for me! Plus, I’ve noticed I’ve added a lot of strength back that I had lost from the pandemic. All of the instructors have been wonderful and I appreciate that there are so many classes of different types and basically every 30 minutes.

I was so tired of just doing cardio and weights at the gym so I went and did the free Intro Class. After the Intro class I signed up. Club Pilates is a supportive atmosphere from both the instructors and fellow members. The facility is extremely clean and is kept immaculate. Every instructor checks to see if there are any injuries and makes adjustments if necessary. I think it is the best for the aging body, especially for balance and strength. With so many classes to try you will not get bored.

I came for the Pilates but stayed for all the different types of classes they offered!!They offer reformer Pilates, barre, cross training classes, spin, trampoline, and Trx classes.All the instructors have their own way of making a class challenging yet fun. I sometimes go crazy and take 3 classes in one day!!!You have to sign up for classes in advance because they fill up, but for me this is perfect, because I now have a commitment and I don't like to break those commitments!If you live nearby you have to try it out! I'm hooked!!

Vero Pilates: what do users think?

Khristina Jason: I’ve been taking 3-5 semi-private classes a week at Vero Pilates for the past 10 months. While all the instructors are great and have their own style, I am an avid attendee of Sabine’s classes. Sabine challenges me in good ways, and always mixes things up from equipment to props. She is engaged every class- assisting with form and modifications as needed. I leave her classes feeling refreshed and renewed. Vero Pilates is the place to be if you want to explore pilates.

Megan Roach: I started my pilates journey with Vero in May 2023 first with private lessons. As a pilates newbie, I wanted to understand proper form and movement before progressing to classes. Pilates has been a game changer for me in terms of improving my strength and flexibility and I am so grateful for the amazing instruction from Andrea and Caylen! First with private instruction and now taking their classes, they are both incredibly knowledgeable and supportive instructors. Each class I feel stronger and more confident in my movement. Andrea is very creative and her bimonthly Movement Matters class is something I look forward to. Movement Matters is a 90 minute fusion of Pilates, Yoga, meditation and dance, with a lovely sound bath included.

Chris Roy: I am recovering from an acute trauma, having broken 5 ribs and a collapsed lung from an accident. I have to work my way back to once again have a strong and fully functional body. There's no doubt in my mind that Heidi will get me there. Her knowledge and expertise is unparalleled. Best of the best!

Lejone Morris: I've been taking cycling classes at Five Starr for 5 years. I bought a Groupon to check it out and I'm so glad that I did. My first class was taught by Richard who told us outright that he was a cyclist and not a spin instructor. He showed me how to properly set up the bike and the appropriate way to mount and dismount the bike. After his class I was hooked.I've tried other cycling studios over the years but I really love the Keiser bikes at Five Starr. The small class sizes and family atmosphere are appealing. The instructors provide an intense, challenging workout. Dara is #bodygoals and Beatrice is my #fitspiration. I wouldn't have been able to maintain my 35 lb weight loss all these years if I didn't take their classes. Take advantage of the deals and specials. Personal training is also offered. Taking classes at Five Starr will definitely improve your body and fitness.

I have degenerative arthritis in my neck, so circuit workouts, crossfit or other high impact workouts would cause pain and eventually really bad migraines so working out was not really an option. After attending my first class at Five Starr, I fell in love. I was able to workout, feel the results and not end up with a migraine. This is an overall workout and the instructors are incredible too. The instructor always ask of there are injuries and always offer a lower impact option for those with injuries. I feel the results of the workout immediately and this is a great solution for those with injuries, arthritis or other ailments!

Louise Hughes: Love this West Coast Sweat studio. I'm not usually a fan of hot yoga, and am more of a traditionalist. However, the studio is well ventilated even though hot. The teachers are quality and I really like when they cue alignment and use sanskrit. the Early am classes are the best since I can get my yoga in before work.

Becca Fern: Every teacher & student is so kind & welcoming. The class is dynamic & they emphasize the process is not to get the pose 100% but to try your 100%You definitely sweat when you're here

There’s something for everyone. They offer online instructor led classes through zoom even!
