abraham sproul: I have had several paintings framed here and the price, service, and knowledge were great. The owner, Mattie, even brewed a delicious espresso for me while we talked. She invited me to attend some of the galleries art shows which featured a lot of local artists.
Jim Thornburg: spent as much time as we needed picking out the perfect frame and getting everything just right. She did not complain at all. We actually left without picking out all our frames, but by the time we got home we headed straight back to finish up and the lights were off! Turns out she was just in the back room, so when I called she came out and had a big smile and we completed our order. THAT is customer service, plush with her competitive pricing is the reason she's been in business nearly 20 years. So, random Google user, if you are need of a picture frame, you owe it to yourself to stop by!
