BD “BD Ysaguirre” Ysaguirre: We enjoyed our little splurge this Friday afternoon for our first time here. The staff was fantastic and very attentive. Of course 2nd street parking can be a challenge but 1pm got us right in front. Anyway, the food was good. I prefer fries with less of a char but I guess this is their norm. Plus, they’re still good. The fish on the Fish and Chips plate looks crispy but expect a soft crust with a very tender and very fresh flavor underneath. The restaurant boast fresh ingredients and they don’t disappoint. Although delicious, you can expect the Nashville Hot Fish to have the classic flavor without too much spice. Liv’s serves wine but unfortunately no cocktails. Stopping here for cocktails would be wonderful, however. The ambience is simple but eclectic and the staff makes the experience worth it. With our meal and two glasses of wine, our bill came up to about $118 which included a 20% tip. This was a great pre-birthday lunch. Would I come back? Definitely.

Astrid La Cruz Montilla: Lovely time and lovely service. Wonderful drinks, really amazing seafood dishes. This is really a delight and a treat. If you’re celebrating anything special, I cannot recommend Liv’s enough. It has a quiet and intimate vibe in a laid back atmosphere with friendly service. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to Liv’s!
Jenny Hartwig: Absolutely amazing meal. We started with the fresh oysters and the bread with delicious tapenade butter. I had the Nashville Hot Fish entree and my husband had the Lobster Carbonara. It was one fantastic bite after the next. There is also a great wine list to choose from. We will be back.

Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was also great. I highly recommend this place to all seafood lovers.

Dan J.: the fish was sweet each on its own was good together for me was a little odd.Parking: With the beach parking, and other restaurants was kinda hard to find a spot. The design was hard to navigate as you had to leave to come back to the first row of parking.

Service was young and lacking a polished professionalism, but they did work as a team so there was ample attentiveness.Noise level was moderate with quite a few young children. Brigette Granados: I know this place is unclaimed, but it warrants a review. Marisos el Garage is a small, family owned and run business that serves an array of fresh seafood dishes. My partner and I finally stopped by about 2 months ago and we have been hooked since. Their tacos el gobernador are deliciously flavored and stuffed with all the fresh ingredients. Their caldo de mariscos is to die for on a rainy day, for the cruda, or if you're just in the mood for a Thai inspired soup. Their ceviche tropical, classico, and aguachile verde are all well-portioned, fresh, and delicious. But my favorite is La Sinaloensa which is very spicy but mouth-watering and satisfying. If you haven't stopped by, do yourself and don't wait a whole year before treating yourself to some satisfying and affordable mariscos!

Phalecig Gray: Visiting from Chicago and wanted seafood. The Manager John was phenomenal, his attentiveness was top notch. Krystal R was our server, she was polite and pleasant. The food was fresh and filling. I would suggest making adjustments when the product and market value doesn't match. Other than that, I will definitely return my next visit in October.

Syu Lazy: The food is reasonably priced, and both the shrimp and salmon are delicious. The salmon may look dry, but it's actually very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. The garlic shrimp sauce is flavorful, and the portion size is just right. We also ordered coconut juice, which comes in a whole coconut with coconut meat that you can eat.It is recommended to eat if you are hungry in the afternoon, and the sauces are very appetizing. I usually only eat small oysters from restaurants because I am afraid of the fishy smell, but the oysters here are acceptable. You can order both shrimp and salmon. I heard that the beef is also good. I will try it next time. We ordered such a portion for 3 people, and it was quite full.
Carmen Blacklock: Food was piping hot. Of course, shrimp is expensive, so there was only 2 shrimp on the plate. However, even without a sauce, the rice was delicious. The serving was ample. I enjoyed the medley of veggies, and the meats were well seasoned. I'd definitely visit there again.Parking: Parking is free, but space is super limited and very tight, but I'd say it's worth navigating to try their food.
