Audrey Lampers: I visited a friend. Of course the mobile homes are individually owned, and hers is nice and also big, but I can't speak for everyone. They do seem to keep it up well. The streets are very buckled and have huge puddles when it rains, but I think that is because it is built on a landfill. They say it is sinking a bit. All in all, the place is very quiet for such a large part. They have security at night. It's a shame that it was built on a landfill, because I think without that, it would be a really nice place to live.

Dana Gabel: We lived here for 16 months while my husband was on a job. Very clean and well kept. Drama free!! Sure met some nice people! We felt safe in a not so great area. Pool area and hot tub are very nice and kept clean. Would love to return if we ever need to come back. Rent is reasonable too!

D.W. Sparks: at gate. Each gaurd are professional and do an excellent job at checking visitors and friendly when doing so. All the residents that I've met are friendly & kind. Great neighborhood watch program. There's an amazing club house equiped with hot tub, pool, small gym, pool tables, ping pong, and it sits on a large area for kids to play at the playground, open field, basketball courts and more. I love it here.

Bre Delgadillo: . The train yard behind the development is noisy and dirty. And animals can get under the homes fairly easily and cause havoc under there. Also, tow trucks came through at least a couple of times a day and towed ruthlessly. A parking ticket would be kinder. $300 cash to get your car back. Husband parked his car in guest parking once with a permit but forget to collect the car before midnight. By 5am it was already towed.We loved living here despite the disadvantages. Iām grateful for the time and still miss it from time to time
Sharon: Thank God we now have new management for the park. I totally agree with the others about management bias to others if you are not her friend Kathy could have did a better job in being professional to others. Many residents have complained about her lack of professionalism and picking and choosing who she writes up. Everyone should be treated the same as to it pertains to following the rules of the community. I do like the new upgrades that our last Hoa Board did to the community trying to bring the community it into the 20th century. New pool deck, work out gym now more than 2 people can fit in it, also a personal certify trainer if you would like to sign up for that. New game room pool tables, darts, karaoke š¤ and jenga or you can bring your own cards, dominoes, checkers, and chest. New tvs for the gym and meeting board room. Also there are dog š stations throughout the community. The Hoa Board did find these upgrades to being needed for the community because of paying Hoa dues of 244.00 monthly updated amenities plays a part in the value of the community.
