We we're so worried about her and where she would go until we found Crofton Manor. Claudia and the entire staff immediately made us feel calm and walked us through everything. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff here that is always so helpful and friendly. My mother had lived here several years before and when we came back 12 years later they actually remembered her! I have never seen a more well run elderly living place. They always decorate for the holidays and have lots of programs and activities and the bedrooms rooms, dining area, group areas are all kept spotless. All of these things are so important but more than that it’s the CARE the staff gives. They are always so kind and being an hour away I just appreciate the fact that she feels safe and well loved here. I have peace of mind and know she’s in the best place possible.

Robbie and Nancy Boyd: My mom needed the help of assisted living, and when we went for our first visit, they were so friendly and accommodating, had lots of things to keep them active. Rooms were nice, they area gives them lots of places to walk. My mom would walk to the beach!Sit and watch the dogs at the dog park and get an ice cream cone at Rite Aid near by. My mom is very happy there.

CJC: The staff is very kind, understanding, and helpful to the the residents and families. Mom has found a new home and loves it. Everyone there has been very hospitable, especially during the transition period for mom and our family. We are blessed to be part of the Crofton Community. They also do an excellent job maintaining it clean.

When she became unable to live on her own Crofton Manor provided a facility of safety and support while still allowing her to have independence. Her living facility was spacious, clean, and well lit. The other residents there were friendly and welcoming. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff that made sure Lucy was in good hands. They treated her as if she was one of their own family members, it was simply amazing. My sister and I are forever grateful for the security that my mother was always safe and happy. Jose Flores: I want to start by saying thank you to Claudia for all the assistance and the support she gave me to find a new home for my mother at crafton Manor Inn. I was one of many people, I'm sure they're still many out there, that were and maybe still frustrated and not able to find the proper help to assist our love ones to finding a comfortable home.Once again thanks to Claudia she showed me the process of how to make the process a non stressful one.Being a firefighter I have found myself responding to emergency calls to quite of bit of the assistant living homes as well as nursing homes. With that experience of seeing a variety of homess i have seen the quality of living at these homes. With that I can say that crafton Manor Inn is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. When I was looking for a new home for my mother I also looked at the personnel that work there. Crafton Mannor was very welcoming and found out that many of the personnel working there have been there for over 10 years. One of the other great benefits is that the majority of the employees biligual.The moment I realized that this was the new home for my mother I decided to do an unexpected visit . And just like my scheduled visit went, I saw the consistency in the cleanliness as well as the professionalism with and all the employees. My mother has now been living at crafted manner for almost 3 years now and there is not a day I regret making this my mother's new home. Lastly I like the communication that my Mother's caregiver and I have, every time I visit my mother I speak to the the caregiver and tells me any personal needs that my she may need. Knowing that my mother's dementia is getting worse I count on her caregiver to really be there for her. Once again thank you to everyone at Crafton Manor Inn for loving and caring for my mom like she is their own Mother!

Barbara Koretz: I took a tour of he facility with the admisssion’s coordinator, Claudia. She is knowledgeable, caring, and wonderful. The place was warm, clean, and the staff and residents were quite friendly. At the minimum, it’s worth taking a look.

The service on all levels has been 5+ stars, from the management office to the caregivers to the receptionists. I often drop in and she has always looked great. They call if there is ever an issue and provide updates. The food is fresh, healthy, diversified and tasty. Our family could not be happier and we could not have done it without the professionalism and expertise of the staff.
