Men's Fashion: Nice service Yulissa Nunez has amazing Customer Service ask for her! She helped me get my LR4 back on track
Dave Bentley: My beloved jag developed a serious health problem on a Friday night. Had it towed over and dropped. The following morning I got a call from my wonderful service advisor Yulisa. She kept me informed every step of the way, sat on hold for hours with my warranty company to ensure the repairs were paid for, and just took excellent care of me as a customer. Repairs were completed quickly and I was on the road the following Thursday.
Douglas Andrews: I've always had pleasant experiences with the service department at LR NB. My low coolant light has come on a couple times over the past year, and each time I drive into the service bay they take care of topping me off right there and then send me on my way at no cost.My original review noted a couple frustrations and shortly after, the general manager reached out directly to check in. He asked me questions about the issues I ran into, assured me he would be looking into them, and then asked what he could do to make my experience better. He addressed my concerns and personally setup a pick up appointment for my car's service.It's great that the staff listens and wants to improve, so happy to update my review to 5 stars.

James Scannell: Maintenance Service was done quickly and efficiently on my Jaguar F Pace. My service advisor, Sayde, called to tell in advance to tell me when the car would be ready since ahe would be at lunch when it wad done. and I also received text updates. Excellent service. I really felt like a valued customer with the care and consideration I received.

Jeff Campbell: First and second time I serviced my 2018 Land Rover Discovery TD6 with black and luxury package I felt I could receive better service if I had a Honda. It was terrible not at all what you would expect for an $85,000 luxury suv. Then I met Sandra. She was amazing 👏. So nice, on top of her game. Very professional, attentive and intelligent. My faith in Land Rover service has been restored and it's 100% because of Sandra. I can now recommend the Newport Service, it's the best choice for you and your Land Rover.Service:Air conditioning
