We used Edkor Construction to repair our 20-year-old second floor deck, which had water damage. We found the owner, Eduard to be reliable, highly competent, and professional. We interviewed several companies based on a YELP review and discussion with neighbors before settling on Edkor. They responded to all phone calls, showed up on time, and worked full days to complete the project on time. They were reasonable in their pricing compared to other companies. We couldn’t recommend Edkor Construction more highly. They exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

We were in need of a new attic ladder and called Edkor Construction and Eduard responded right away. The contract was made and he was at our house the next day. He was very meticulous in putting down coverings to protect the flooring, covers on his shoes, and also a tarp under his truck because of being parked in the driveway. How many contractors do that? He would also stop and answer any questions we had.His work is exceptional, detailed and looks great. Also called a couple days later to see how the ladder was and if it needed any adjustments. Could not have been more pleased with his professionalism and work ethic. Hard to find that these days.Thank you Eduard

Eduard and team are very punctual have the knowledge to get the job done while maintaining a tight timeline. We passed every inspection the first time and he was even able to source important materials that were “out of stock” at all the local retailers to make sure we wouldn’t be delayed.
