The owner told us exactly how long the job would take, resized the ring on the spot and made sure we left happy. He also threw in a small fee to shine and clean the engagement ring so it also looks as good as they day I proposed over a year ago. Brett C: Fuad did right by me! Old school guy with an old school jewelry shop, but he handles what you need. I came in with a busted ring, made of what I believed to be turquoise and sterling silver. He gently broke the news that the "turquoise" was actually basically blue ceramic, but did confirm the band was truly sterling silver. He presented me with two options, one which would be triple the price and take 8 weeks, and a cheaper one that would take only a week. I chose the latter, and came away impressed. Fuad knows his stuff and will keep you informed every step of the way. I know where I'm heading next time we need some jewelry repaired.
Lo Shia: Mr. Alshamiyeh was exceedingly helpful and friendly during my visit to his store. I was looking for earrings for my girlfriend, and helped me choose a pair around my budget. Mr. Alshamiyeh even went through the grading process with me and taught me some basics in gemology. I left very satisfied with the gift and with the service I received, and I would return for future needs.
