Big Mama: Excellent service but plan on a week to get your machine back. I've gone here several times but was just advised to stop using regular has. I had no clue about using Tru-Fuel. Glad they finally suggested that to me since I don't use my generators all that often.

Bizarre Craig: This is probably one of the most helpful and friendly places I have shopped in a long time. It really does have one of those neighborhood shops where they are happy to help you, the way shop owners used to be long ago. Greeting you upon entry and if you have a question, they are quick in offering to help.However, with it being a neighborhood store, I'd like to see them install a bike rack outside. I rode my bike and had no place to lock it. I was allowed to take my bike in with me, but my rather large bike made it somewhat challenging to move around the store. One of the employees asked me what I needed then said he would get my items while I waited up front with my bike. They really know how to take care of the customer.I rarely, if ever give 5 stars but in my opinion they deserve it. From all the conversations, smiles and laughter I observed that day, I'd say this is their regular standard of care.

I'd been treated with neglect, rude pampas, snotty unfair biased male chovenistic behavior. They approach assuming women don't know what they are looking for. Or don't approach at all leaving a woman hanging , passed up for an hour in a space 20ft x 20ft, those children never know what and where things are it's the tiniest silly space anyhow certainly can't be called a hardware store,And it was I who always had to teach them. Exhausting.Anyhow---BILLINGS ACE HARDWARE on 2nd Street, LB is exactly what an Ace is supposed to be. Built on knowledge, family values, customer care and friendly well stocked diverse relaxed but very efficient atmosphere. It's how it was designed to be pleasant and full of possibilities and everything extra you didn't expect and always, always kind helpful staff..As an artist I rarely am looking for hardware for typical purposes and always looking for solutions to a Creative endeavor that isn't easy to describe but at BILLINGS Not one time has anyone in 16yrs EVER SAID TO ME you can't use this for that or , that's not what that's for or anything along the lines that would make anyone feel like they don't know what they want or need or came for.And I do. I only just came to buy it.So it's a refreshing experience evertime at Billings.what I don't need an education from a closed minded sales person.
