I just call Mihail and leave him what I am sure is a very frantic message of needing care for my babies.I make contact with Mihail and he is so quick to assure me that he has “the crew” which he calls my 3 babies. I tell him I don’t know when I will be back and he says don’t worry I’ve got them. Just keep in touch.Yes! I have used Mihail’s services once before and that was a Huge Success!! So, his few words put me at ease that I didn’t have to worry.His constant communication during the time I was gone was priceless to me. I’m sure it was just his way of continuing to offer support and ease at a time that I needed it most.Far from what you could expect from an overpriced boarding/kennel service.Not only were my babies able to stay in their own home.
