In the early 1990’s, Melvyn Madrazo Sr., a Cuban-born American citizen, had the idea to open a restaurant which served rotisserie chicken prepared both Cuban-style and Mexican-style. After discussing the idea with his wife and children, the beginning of a long-term family collaboration began. Tony Laurent: Other than the occasional language barrier, this place is my goto place for whenever my wife asks where do I want to go eat.Food is delicious. Pricing is decent. Service is great. They stopped making everyone wear the cool cuban hats... which I personally loved... so it kind of takes away from the atmosphere but that's just me being picky.Oh yeah.... the bakery is top notch. If you haven't tried what they call cinnamon angelfood cake.... then you are missing out.Try this place.... you won't be disappointed.

The mango drink is also really great, and I recommend it to just about anyone wanting great Cuban cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere. The restaurant is currently undergoing a renovation, but once it opens back up, business will be booming as usual.
