EddyAnne Garcia: Great place to pick up your can because it is all automated. No crane operators with bad attitudes. The downside is that sometimes you may have to wait fifteen minutes or more in staging for a spot to open up where your can is located.

Shane: 95% of the time this is the best terminal in LA/LB. However they run out of appointments regularly, so If you can make appointments 4-5 day out, you can almost guarantee the appointment times you want. Although not a perfect terminal they are the best easiest LA/LB Port. I wish they had more appointments available though!!Two Issues:1- Their website says 45min grace period before and after 30min appt window. Many times my drivers get there within the first 5 minutes of the window start, and someone will come on the intercom and say to "leave too early" even though we are well within the appointment grace they have. Making us have to drive all the way back around with a loaded container.2- Rainy days, if it is raining get ready to spend sometimes up-to 3-4 hours to get loaded / unloaded. Their automated system doesn't like rain.3- If there is any error with your booking, appt, or container they are not helpful! They will hang up on you and tell you to leave terminal. There shouldn’t even be a trouble window.
