M.L.: Beautifully kept community, which is well managed under the helm of Building Manager, Derrick, and Building Engineer, Alex. Ample and pro-active communication is provided for any/all issues. Security measures are strong and constantly reviewed. They are privately owned condos, with about 40% being rented out; however, all tenants are kind and respectful. A great place to live!

Erick Santiago: I have just moved in the building a couple of months ago and despite not fully moved in the place, it is definitely charming. The place seems to be very well taken care of by the management. It is almost a century old building and it shows however, it maintained and is kept in order. The plumbing has been fully updated but the electrical is still yet to be done. I personally have had no issues with the electrical since most appliances are energy efficient anyways and keeping in mind that a century ago, they didn't have a microwave and a toaster oven and a refrigerator hooked up to one outlet right? Parking is an issue as it is in most cities with building as old as these. City planning for parking wasn't a big concern back in the 1920 I guess...how many people owned Model-T per family back then.I just wish Long Beach would take out the breakwater already so we could see and hear the more of waves on the shore.

Tana: An apartment home complex situated next to homes in the Long Beach area in the city of Bixby Knolls. A lovely area to reside. A block away from local shops and restaurants. This complex is in an upper middle class neighborhood that is quiet and not heavily trafficked. Anyone would love to live here.
