John Kunkle: I called D&D at 8am Monday morning after our A/C failure on a hot Sunday afternoon! Brian said they were largely booked for the day, but he’d get back to me in the afternoon if any Personnel were freed up! If not, he’d get me scheduled in the next few days at most. I received a call round 1:30 that a tech was close by and questioned if I was home. Fifteen minutes later, Todd arrived and with test equipment in hand, diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. With the required part on his truck, Todd had our A/C cooling our home in short order! The icing on the cake was the completely reasonable charge for such service! Thank You D&D!

PNP: Awesome to have hot side/cold side commercial supplier less than 1hr drive away. They carry lots of hardware for walk-in fridge at good prices. For hot side they seem limited but that's expected. No one supplier can carry wide array of parts to meet us technicians.

Bruce Lee: This located in very difficult to find area. Artesia is closed near by. So I had to drive around several miles. Worker said it has been like this more than two years and City is not doing nothing. But worker here is very kind and working hard. Thanks for this, I save another of money. I picked up freezer part from here.

He was very detailed explaining how everything will look and answered all my questions, even helped me with other stuffs that I needed it to do for my salon. He and his guys installed exhausts for my salon at each station. He's very nice and polite. I highly recommend his services.
