Capoeira is an Afro–Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, dance, music, rhythm, and acrobatic movement. Jenn Egan (Idalina): Great workout, patient and engaging instructors. Learn Capoeira, Samba and Yoga in a fun environment. Other classes are being added soon. Learning to play Capoeira has changed my life in a positive way.

sophia ngo: Capoeira has been a blessing in my life Mosquito is a great teacher. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. This group has become a second family and from the very first day Mosquito and his students made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Everyone is very nice and friendly, also supportive in helpful when we train.I have been training for over 5 years now; and capoeira has helped me tremendously with coordination and confidence. I started out doing it for my health but instantly fell in love with the art, the culture, and the energy. Being a part of this academy has taught me a lot about myself and has gotten me through many rough patches in my life. I’ve grown a lot stronger physically, and also am able to do things that I never imagined being able to do such as a hand stand and other acrobatic movements- all with the guidance and help of Instrutor Mosquito and my classmates. Training capoeira was one of the best decisions I made in my life.
Victor Teodoro: Amazing group of students and teachers that push you to learn and excel as a "Capoeirista", while supporting your growth as an athlete and individual. Killer work outs, soulful music, and the occasional BBQ and beers!
asra desertrose: I recently joined a few months ago and I am so happy to have found this academy! It covers all ground from history, music, and of course the martial art! Mosquito, who is our professor, really focuses in to help everyone progress at their own rate and he and all the members of this group are so encouraging in every step of the way!! There is a great atmosphere and I'm so happy to keep progressing in learning self defense while totally having fun challenging myself here!

I chose to enroll here because Mosquito is a great teacher and my fellow capoeristas have always been welcoming and have become like family.
