Kandi Roseto: I have a limited edition Phatt Caddy Cruise DeVille that was sitting in my shed for about 7 years. W/gas @ $8 a gal it was time to get her out again. Nate came and picked it up for me to service it. Reasonably priced, much cheaper than a chain shop! SHOP LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS. Highly recommend. They have bikes, parts, accessories and service all in one.

Jeffrey Adams: I visited the store in the morning time during the pandemic and a gentleman named gerardo was very helpful helped me with my skateboard and everything and let me borrow tools it wasn't too much of an inconvenience for him to get down on his knees to help me prepare my board because I put the trucks on wrong. In addition to that he showed me some of the merch the hats that were competitively priced and also some of the different bicycle components that they sell in the store the store is right across the street from walgreens very convenient so after you go bike riding or get a bike you could go across the street and get a nice cold beverage or some ice cream. Or even McDonald's next door great location right on redondo and anaheim.

Will Duxon: I called one Long Beach bicycle shop that never answered the phone, and a second that transferred me from one answering machine to another without ever connecting me to an actual human being. My third call was to Plenty of Bikes, where Jon was kind enough to bother picking up the phone. I explained the problem I was having putting together a fold-up bike I purchased online, and Jon gave me an estimate for what it would cost for me to have him finish the job. When I got to the shop, Jon assembled the hand brakes in accordance with the very reasonable estimate he gave me when I called the day before, plus he reversed the handlebars I had inserted backwards, and tightened the seat, which needed to be set more securely, all at no extra charge. So, the next time I have any kind of bike related need, I know exactly who I should call first.

Delfino Orozco: Had the best experience here yesterday buying a bike. To say the customer service is amazing here is an understatement. As I was shopping for a bike a couple of people came in to pick up theirs and just the way he talks you can tell there’s a real passion for bikes. He really cares!Care being the key word. I felt very well taken care of here and I know if I need something down the line bike-related Ted, the owner, will be my go-to guy.
Ajay Hulme: Ted is a very nice old man who has a passion for bicycles and people who love to ride. I had a last minute blowout on my electric bike and he was able to help me with a last minute repair and fix before he was closing for the day. My bike is my only transportation in Long Beach so I was very appreciable.
Jesse C: Ted, the man who owns this bike shop, is awesome. Brought in a bicycle I bought on amazon for a chain repair, and that is all he charged me for, even though he did a full tune-up as well. Very nice guy and enjoyable to talk to. I can't guarantee anyone else will get such deals, and in my case, it did require standing around and waiting for several hours while he helped customers that came after me, but all is well that ends well. I told him I am only able to work part-time and money is short, so he was really nice and took the time to explain to me how to do the tune-up myself if I need one again!

Parking is available in the front for an hour but there’s also a parking lot behind the shop. By far one of my favorite bike shops in Southern California!
