vat79: Jeff helped us transition our 1948 ranch into more of a midcentury modern ranch with a second level addition. He did this in a very thoughtful way, that we appreciated from the start. What started on our end as a kitchen renovation, snowballed into also "building out our attic", into a full blown renovation and second level on half of our home. Jeff was able to take some of our initial ideas and build on them in a way that we never would have thought of on our own. It was also very important to us that the addition look intentional, as if it could have always been there. Not just a big box plopped on top of the house. The result was a smart design that we were truly excited about and was also much more practical for our family and lifestyle. He and our main point person, Danielle, were always prepared with suggestions and solutions to problems that came up during the project, as they always do. We are still slowly settling into our new space but we get regular compliments from neighbors outside, many who watched the progress, and we feel so lucky to live in our beautiful "new" house, especially now that we are spending so much time at home during this pandemic.
