Chris van Geest: Love the fork, but not as durable as i had hoped, true i use the fork every day tree time lifting sometimes heavy wet manure. But after just 3 months the two center screws from the back plate to the fork part pulled out. This is the weakest point. I replaced the two screws with one size larger and 1/8" longer. This worked ok till today scooping wet manure all screws broke as did one of the side plates. Going on your web page i find out that replacing the two items is going to cost me $30.00 +. This I find very disturbing and unfair as a new fork cost $39.00 +. When I purchased the item it had a 1 year warranty but I failed to keep my receipt, so I can not claim that. Like to make a suggestion instead of using screws to connect the fork part to the back plate consider using bolts and nuts. This would keep the screws from pulling out of the fork, update: the company owners contacted me and told me the fork has been redesigned and strengthened also sold me a replacement for just $25 and even brought it to my home. Great customer service and the new fork works so much better.
