Carlos Rodriguez: This was my first time trying Liquid Bean Coffee. I been Starbucks fan for at least 10yrs or so almost on daily bases. After reading all the reviews of Liquid Bean I decided to try it. My usual drink is a Hot White Chocolate Moca so I order the drink and I was impress how good it taste and is about $1 cheaper than Starbucks. So I am seriously considering switching from Starbucks. !!

Ken Lopez-Guerra: Liquid Bean is absolutely outstanding. Fantastic food and coffee. Had an iced latte with a small splash of vanilla and it was one of the better lattes I’ve had. Also enjoyed a an egg, sausage, and cheese croissant. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had. In addition, very friendly staff! Highly recommend. Will return any time I pass through Lancaster.

William Mc: 10/10 times when I come to Lancaster, I’m stopping in here for a beverage. They have a ton of coffee, tea, and juices on their menu as well as some great smoothie options. Their breakfast sandwiches are nothing to sleep on either. My favorite so far has been the Mexican Mocha hot or iced. Skip Starbucks and go here instead. It’s worth it.

James Tilton: Favorite tea spot in the AV, especially for hot tea. Great food too, with breakfast and lunch choices and plenty of vegetarian and meat-based options. Acai bowl and egg salad sandwich both stand out as favorites. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Just don't come in a hurry. Tea takes time. Sit back, relax, and let this place give your soul a little detox.

I recommend the avo toast, walnut tacos, chai pudding & Argentinian Chai hot or iced both are delicious.Vegetarian options: Walnut tacos slappedParking: I parked behind the restaurant, their are slots in front, but the lot in back is where you’ll find plenty.

Hector Mendoza: I'm originally from Las Vegas, but I have family in Lancaster, so I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and the quality of the food and tea has never changed. It is ALWAYS delicious. I also love how the staff is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome. The iced gummy bear tends to be my go-to. It is refreshing and flavorful. You can never go wrong with any of their food items. It is almost wrong if I visit family in Lancaster and don't stop by The Modern Tea Room. This is always a must-stop for me. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

Anthony Lopez: Mornings at this place is great. I have come here for early morning breakfast for Father's Day, Mother's Day, and many birthday brunches.The cinnamon roll pancakes are a dream. I would get these all the time. You cannot go wrong with any place here. The only thing I question a bit would be the chilli. Other than that this place is a 10/10.
